Tori Brixx (Tori Hughes) was spotted in handcuffs in front of one LA “Target” store. Allegedly, she got into an altercation with a woman while waiting in line at the cash register. Tori supposedly flipped out and punched the woman breaking her nose.
The daughter of the injured woman wrote on social media a post and shared a photo of her mom.
